Privacy policy
TerasCloud runs terascloud.com. This page explains what personal data we collect through the website and what we do with it.
What we collect
- Report request form. If you ask for the free report after using the cost calculator, we receive your name, company, WhatsApp number, email address (if you give one) and the figures you entered: number of staff, hours per week, average salary and the tasks you ticked.
- Calculator only. If you use the calculator without requesting the report, the figures stay in your browser and are not sent to us.
- WhatsApp. If you message us, we receive your number and whatever you send. WhatsApp handles those messages under its own privacy policy.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes your IP address and browser details to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so Google also receives your IP address. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
We use your details to prepare and send the report you asked for, to reply to your enquiry and to follow up about services related to it. We do not sell your data or pass it to anyone for their own marketing.
Where it is kept
Report requests are stored in a Google Sheets file that only we can open. Google and Cloudflare process the data on our behalf, and their servers may be outside Malaysia.
How long we keep it
We keep your details for as long as we are in contact about your enquiry, and for up to 24 months after our last contact. After that we delete them.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 you can ask to see the personal data we hold about you, have it corrected, withdraw your consent to be contacted, or have it deleted. Contact us and we will act on your request.

Changes
